Who am I?

Hello! I'm Rumyana Savova, founder of Rumy's Cakesicles. I'm so grateful that you are here and taking the time to read about my journey and passion for confectionery. 

I am originally from Gorna Oryahovitsa, but life took me to different places - from Veliko Tarnovo, through America, all the way to London, where I spent one of the most precious 6 years of my life. I graduated BA in Culinary Arts and Management and MA in Food Business Management at the University of West London. 

These years were not only challenging, but also extremely valuable, as they helped me to fulfill two of my long-standing dreams - to have my own business and to delight people with my culinary creations.

My mission has always been to offer customers something more than simple sweets. It is important to me that each piece is unique, combining creativity, perfectionism and high quality. I believe that sweets should not only be delicious but also visually tempting. That's why I strive to use only the finest and most natural products - even if that means waiting months for deliveries from America, England or Germany. Furthermore, I want to inspire and support young and upcoming pastry chefs by sharing my knowledge and skills with them.
